Lorena Poldrugo

Lorena Poldrugo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy development, psychological support, and sales management. Currently serving as Strategy Director at IDEE PER VIAGGIARE since September 2022, Lorena oversees the company's strategic framework and business development initiatives. As President of ETNA Progetto Etnopsicologia Analitica since October 2021, Lorena leads a non-profit organization focused on providing psychological support to marginalized groups. Previously, as a psychologist for the European Equalcity Project with IOM Brussels, Lorena contributed to fostering the inclusion of at-risk migrants. Lorena's background also includes a decade in various sales roles at Travelport, culminating in Sales Manager, alongside leadership as Owner and Technical Director at Versorizzonte Viaggi and managerial positions at Europcar. Lorena holds a Laurea Magistrale in Clinical Psychology and a Laurea in Psychology from Sapienza Università di Roma.
