Hayden Cardiff, CTP has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Carpenter for TIC The Industrial Company. In 2009, they worked as a Representative for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In 2012, they were an Outdoor Programs Director for the Boy Scouts of America, where they developed a program and managed a team of eight employees. From 2014 to 2015, they held three different positions, including Analytical Director for LPL Financial - Galiano Wealth Management, Co-founder / Business Development for Nebulus Audio, and Co-founder / COO for Hyliion. In 2015, they were a Commercialization and Investment Consultant for PITT OHIO. Finally, since 2016, they have been a Founder / Chief Innovation Officer and Founder / Co-CEO for Idelic, where they help fleets save time, money, and lives by providing comprehensive enterprise solutions for compliance, safety, and risk management.
