Josh Korber has extensive experience in product ownership and customer support within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Product Owner for the Integration Framework at Idelic since August 2019, Josh has also held roles including Manager of Integration Support, Customer & Technical Support Manager, and Customer Support Lead. Prior to Idelic, Josh worked as an Account Executive at Steel City Rewards from September 2018 to August 2019, further enhancing expertise in client relations and support.
