Ken Whitlow

Ken Whitlow, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned professional in capture management with extensive experience in securing opportunities across various federal agencies. Currently serving as a Senior Capture Manager at IDEMIA National Security Solutions since August 2022, Ken previously held similar roles at Business Integra Inc., where strategic captures for government contracts were a focus. Throughout Ken's career, significant contributions were made at Garud Technology Services Inc. as a Capture Manager and Senior Program Manager, as well as impactful positions at Inspired Innovations, Citizant, SAIC, and CSC, which involved business development, proposal management, and enhancing organizational growth within agencies such as DHS and DoD. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
