Jessica Poezach

Jessica Poezach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and corporate relations. Currently employed at IDEMIA since July 2018, Jessica serves in the Global Corporate Relations role within the Public Security division, focusing on internal communication strategies and employee engagement. Previously, Jessica held several positions at IDEMIA, including Global Resource Manager for the Public Security & Identity business unit, and Talent Acquisition Manager, where the campus recruitment strategy for France was notably revamped. Prior experience includes roles at Huawei Technologies as an HR Specialist managing recruitment processes, and at Total, where responsibilities spanned international mobility coordination and recruitment for the CLOV Project in Angola. Jessica began her career as a Booker at Ford Models, Inc., promoting models to global clients. Educational qualifications include a degree from IGS-RH obtained between 2010 and 2012.
