Mayank Saxena is a seasoned professional in business operations with extensive experience in sales performance management and sales operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Operations at IDEMIA since August 2019, Mayank is responsible for defining, tracking, and reporting on sales performance against established targets and metrics. Prior to this, from June 2010 to August 2019, Mayank held various roles at Exponential, including Assistant Manager Sales Operations and Technical Lead Sales Operations, where responsibilities included setting up digital campaigns, managing Salesforce functionalities, and providing sales support.
