Shanti John currently serves as Vice President Sales (Asia) for the Travel & Transport Division at IDEMIA, leading sales initiatives and business development in the ASEAN, India, and North Asia regions, with a focus on digital and biometric technologies for government border control and air travel. Prior to this role, Shanti was Business Development Director at IDEMIA, concentrating on air travel and border control solutions. At SITA, Shanti held the position of Senior Manager, Business Development, leading efforts in the Asia Pacific sales territory. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager for Airport Solutions at ARINC Inc., contributing to strategic roadmap development, and as Assistant Manager in IT Services at Singapore Airlines, involved in customer engagement and solution development. Shanti began a career in project management at POSBank and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from the National University of Singapore.
