Wendy Boston

Wendy Boston has a diverse work experience in technical writing and eLearning development. Wendy started their career at Teradyne as a Technical Illustrator/Production Specialist and later transitioned into a Technical Writer role. Wendy then worked at Saba Software as a Senior Technical Writer before joining ACI Worldwide as a Senior Technical Writer and eLearning Developer. Wendy continued their career at Safran MorphoTrust USA, where they served as a Senior Technical Writer and eLearning Developer. Wendy also worked at ProConnections, Inc. and Measured Progress, Inc. as a Technical Writer and Web Content Coordinator. Wendy then joined Finastra as a Senior Technical Writer, where they contributed to the writing of complex documentation to support their primary revenue product. Currently, Wendy is a Principal Technical Writer at IDEMIA, where they plan, develops, and writes end user documentation for multiple applications and products.

Wendy Boston has a Certificate in Software Technical Writing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Wendy also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Framingham State University. Wendy has another Certificate in Multimedia Applications from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and an E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Usability Design from Bentley College in Waltham, MA.
