Nazim Onur Bayindir has a diverse work experience across various roles and companies. NAZIM ONUR is the Founder of Idenfit since January 2020. NAZIM ONUR is also a Startup Mentor at ITU Çekirdek starting from October 2022. In addition, they are a Lecturer at Beykoz Üniversitesi since January 2023. In the past, they worked as the Managing Partner at Meyer Group from 2000 to 2020. NAZIM ONUR also has experience as the Co-Founder of Fittingo.com from 2010 to 2013, and as the Founder of Otogalerisi.com from 1999 to 2000.

Nazim Onur Bayindir has a diverse education history. NAZIM ONUR started their educational journey in 1987 at Tercüman Lisesi, where they completed their high school education until 1993. Following this, in 1989 and 1990, they attended the GO Software Training Center, where they took courses in computer programming.

In 1994, Nazim enrolled at Istanbul University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, General. NAZIM ONUR completed this program in 2000.

In 2004, Nazim joined Rfid Training Centers to study RFID Technologies. NAZIM ONUR continued their education in this field until 2013.

Also in 2004, they attended Netron, where they focused on Computer Programming, Specific Applications, for a year.

Lastly, Nazim extended their studies in Biometric Technologies at Biometric Training Centers from 1998 until 2019. Although specific degrees are not provided for the courses at Rfid Training Centers and Biometric Training Centers, it can be inferred that Nazim gained knowledge and expertise in these areas.
