Leela Bhaskaran Menon

Leela Bhaskaran Menon has been working in the financial industry since 2002. Leela began their career at Citi as a Collections Executive for Mortgages. In 2004, they joined Standard Chartered Bank as a Manager for Collections Operational Support, where they managed Scorecard & collector performance, drove automation, analyzed productivity reports & collectors' KPIs, and worked on standardized processes for NGL & ME markets. Leela also developed compensation structure/incentive plans for Collections and Recovery, obtained hiring approvals in Collections/Recovery during periodic hiring freezes, and implemented new strategies to improve Collections. In 2016, they took on the roles of Manager for CDD Onboarding and Transaction Reviews and Team Lead for IB, CDD Operations at Standard Chartered Bank. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Idenfo as a Compliance Consultant.

Leela Bhaskaran Menon obtained a Professional Degree from Dr. MGR University between 1996 and 2001. In September 2021, they also obtained a CAMS certification from ACAMS.
