Elisa Rouhiainen

Elisa Rouhiainen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Elisa began their career at Kalmar in 2004, starting as a Product Engineer and eventually working their way up to the role of Marketing Communications Officer and then Product Manager.

Moving on to Cargotec Corporation in 2008, Elisa took on the role of Project Manager in Business Development and later managed the Global Account Management program for the Industrial & Terminal business area.

In 2011, Elisa joined Kalmar again, this time as the Vice President of Special Products, where they had responsibility for product line strategy and portfolio management. Elisa also served as the Sales Director for SmartPort Terminals, achieving revenue and accounts growth in EMEA and APAC regions.

At Navis, Elisa held multiple roles. Elisa served as the Director of Partner Programs, responsible for strategic planning and revenue growth targets. Elisa then became an Account Director for EMEA, managing new opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Most recently, Elisa worked at BeeHealthy as the Sales Lead, leading international sales and marketing efforts for the company's patient engagement SaaS platform.

Currently, Elisa is the VP Sales Marine & Ports at IDENTEC SOLUTIONS.

Elisa Rouhiainen has a diverse education history. Elisa obtained their MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University of Technology from 1999 to 2004. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued a minor degree in Learning and Educational Studies at the University of Tampere. Elisa also completed a minor degree in Personalwirtschaft und Unternehmungsführung from Technische Universität Graz in 2002 to 2003. Additionally, Elisa Rouhiainen attended the IMD in 2016, where they completed the Cargotec Customer Value Programme. Along with their educational background, they also hold a certification in Excellence in Sales from Navis, which they obtained in September 2020.
