Alejandro Montoya Diaz has a rich work experience spanning over several years. Alejandro started their career in 1996 as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst at Bancolombia, where they analyzed credit risk requests and provided evaluation and training to branches. Alejandro then moved on to Porvenir in 2002, working as a Sales Consultant, managing investments from individual customers. In 2003, Alejandro joined IBM as an Internal Territory Sales representative, responsible for territory coverage in the Retail & Distribution industries. Alejandro held this role until 2008. Following that, Alejandro worked at ORBITEL (UNE-EPM), managing international carrier relationships and participating in procurement processes of voice and data services. In 2011, they joined TATA Communications Ltd. as a Commercial Sales Representative for the Latam Region, responsible for annual sales targets and managing the data, voice, mobility, and partner portfolio for Service Providers. Alejandro then worked at G M Telecom Inc as a Sales Manager, where they identified and pursued prospects and sales opportunities, maintained and grew business with existing customers, and brought/sign up new customers in the Americas market. Currently, in 2022, they are an Account Manager at Identidad Technologies.
Alejandro Montoya Diaz pursued their education in the field of Marketing. Alejandro first attended Universidad de Los Andes from 1991 to 1996, where they completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. Later, they enrolled at Universidad EAFIT from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Marketing Specialist degree.
