Jessica Kim

Jessica Kim has been working in the talent acquisition and management field since 2019. Jessica started their career as Director of Business Development at Employ Talent Solutions, a talent acquisition and management firm. In this role, they were responsible for providing talent solutions with reliable and dependable people in support of the company's mission and cultural fit. In 2021, they moved to Identified Talent Solutions as Director of Operations.

Jessica Kim attended Vista Murrieta High School from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies. Jessica then went on to California State University, Fullerton, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In June 2017, they obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent, Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities from the California Department of Insurance.
