Vince Pacleb

Vince Pacleb has extensive experience in sales, operations, and franchise management. Vince began their career in 2002 as a Production Manager at NationPoint Merrill Lynch, where they managed 15 loan officers and 12 support team members, overseeing marketing and lead flow. In 2005, they became a Franchise Partner at LA Boxing Yorba Linda, where they developed business plans, negotiated prices on equipment, and managed day-to-day operations. In 2008, they were hired as a Director of Sales at Total Resources International, where they managed buyer relationships and product distribution. From 2010 to 2019, they held a variety of roles at UFC GYM, including Vice President of Franchise Operations, Director of Franchise Club Operations, Regional Director of Fitness, and General Manager. From 2019 to 2020, they were Regional Vice President at EOS Fitness, where they implemented the talent acquisition strategy and built high-performing teams. In 2020, they became Vice President of Sales at CycleBar, where they facilitated a sales culture across the franchisee network. Currently, they are an Account Manager at Identified Talent Solutions and Vice President of Sales & Operations at Rumble, where they support franchise for sale efforts, new franchisee onboarding, and franchisee training.

Vince Pacleb has taken courses in Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Strayer University. Additionally, they have taken courses in Leadership & Strategy from the Jack Welch Management Institute and Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Vince has also obtained certifications from The Ken Blanchard Companies in Situational Leadership II in December 2019, Becoming a Leader from the Jack Welch Management Institute, Developing a Winning Strategy from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and Leadership Coach from The John Maxwell Team.
