Jim Newkirk

Jim Newkirk has extensive experience in the automotive industry, serving as a Senior Volkswagen/Audi Specialist at Identifix since September 1993, where responsibilities include providing expert diagnostic and repair support to customers, developing technical training courses, and contributing to website content and technical writing.
