Bill Eglet

Bill Eglet is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Organizational Development at IDentiphoto Company, Ltd. since July 2015, Bill leads various functions including sales, marketing, and customer care while shaping organizational strategy. Prior to this role, Bill was an Enrollment Team Manager at the University of Phoenix, where leadership of high-performing teams focused on new student enrollment and retention was key. Bill’s career began at Damon's, where foundational experiences as a STAR Trainer and Supervisor were instrumental in shaping leadership style and customer service philosophy. Bill holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BSBA in Business Finance and Management from Kent State University.
