Amar Sohpal

Amar Sohpal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Human Network since April 2024, Amar previously held the same title at Agiito from January 2023 to April 2024, where leadership was also provided as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Over nearly a decade at Capita, Amar progressed through several key positions, ultimately becoming Finance Director with a focus on transaction and divisional financial planning and analysis. Earlier roles include Finance Consultant at Unipart Automotive and Commercial Finance Controller at WaverleyTBS. Notably, during tenure at Telefónica O2 UK, Amar led the corporate finance team, ensuring the financial viability of bespoke deals and sector propositions, following an initial role as Finance Manager at Siemens.
