Atul Agrawal has worked in various roles in the technology sector since 2001. Atul started their career as an AVP - CRM Integration Lead at Merrill Lynch in 2001. In 2004, they moved to Goldman Sachs as a Senior CRM Architect. Atul then returned to Merrill Lynch in 2006 as a Senior CRM Consultant, where they defined and strategized integration and data strategy for Salesforce.com CRM platform for Global Wealth Management Advisory business. In 2009, they joined Bank of America as VP, Cloud CRM Integration and Senior CRM Migration and Integration Lead. In 2012, they moved to Wipro as a Practice Director, managing Banking, Financial Services, Securities and Insurance customers in North American market, in eastern geography. Atul was also responsible for client relationship and business development for Salesforce.com CRM and platform business. In 2015, they joined TIAA as a Sr Tech Lead and Salesforce Consultant. In 2017, they joined Salesforce as a Technical Consulting Director. In 2021, they took over the role of Partner, Salesforce Global Practice Head at Identity And Access Solutions (IAAS) to solve the biggest issue of this era, i.e. provide trained, reliable and curious talent to the industry specially in the area of Salesforce.

Atul Agrawal received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology between 1989 and 1993.
