Kaviya Venkatesan

Kaviya Venkatesan has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Vijay Raja Group, where they handled both inside and outside sales activities, including making calls to customers, scheduling meetings, giving product demos, and managing sales and post-sales documentation. Later that year, they joined Simplilearn as an Inside Sales Manager, responsible for making outbound calls to explain products and courses, managing customer relationships in Salesforce, and providing career consultation to help clients choose the right skills improvement path. In 2020, Kaviya worked at Sutherland as a Customer Associate, resolving customer queries and issues through chat and CRM systems, as well as analyzing and resolving customer concerns promptly. From July 2021 to December 2022, they worked as a Rating Analyst at Guardian Life, where they engaged in rating and quoting for various insurance coverages, prepared business proposals, and acted as the point of contact for quotations and new business proposal presentations. Currently, Kaviya is employed as a Salesforce Developer Trainee at CyberSolve, starting from July 2023.

Kaviya Venkatesan pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Civil Engineering from Jeppiaar SRR Engineering College. Kaviya completed their undergraduate education from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Kaviya obtained certifications in Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Associate, and Salesforce Development from Besant Technologies and Salesforce in May 2023.
