Sumit Utreja

Sumit Utreja has over 13 years of experience in the customer service industry. Sumit started their career in 2007 as a Customer Care Executive at HCL Technologies. In 2008, they joined Convergys as an Associate Workforce Management, where they were responsible for day to day monitoring of projects for Real Time Adherence, Schedule Adherence and other Work Force Management Functions. Sumit was also responsible for monitoring performance such as SL, Answer Rate, AHT, occupancy and shrinkage and making root cause analysis on the miss. In 2017, they were appointed as Director of Operations at Identity and Access Solutions.

Sumit Utreja completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) in Finance from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their high school from Happy Model School, Janakpuri in 2004, majoring in Business/Commerce and General.
