Chris Horne

Chris Horne has extensive experience in cost management and quantity surveying, currently serving as an Associate and Senior Consultant at Identity Consult since September 2021. Previously, Chris held the position of Senior Cost Manager at Steel River Cost and Project Management from March 2019 to September 2021, and served as a Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend from November 2007 to February 2019. Early career roles include Planner & Quantity Surveyor at GAP Invest & Develop Ltd and various positions at Walter Thompson (Contractors) Ltd from 1999 to 2006. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and an HND in Construction Management from Northumbria University, as well as ONC and HNC qualifications in Building Studies from Darlington College of Technology.
