Michelle Merry McIpd

Michelle Merry MCIPD has extensive experience in human resources and business support, currently serving as the Director of People and Social Value at Identity Consult since September 2013. Michelle has held multiple roles within the company, including Head of People and Business Infrastructure and Business Support/HR Manager, overseeing vital functions such as day-to-day operations, HR management, finance support, learning and development, and IT systems. Prior to her current position, Michelle was employed at Enterprise in various capacities, including PA to the Managing Director of Government Services and Group Finance Director, where tasks focused on supporting senior management and enhancing productivity. Michelle’s career began at Healds Day & Nite, where responsibilities included purchasing and accounts administration. Educational background includes attendance at Hutton Grammar School and William Temple C of E.
