Kroopa Shah

Kroopa Shah has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and financial industries. Kroopa currently holds the position of Senior Director, Registry Support and Management at Identity Digital Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Director of Customer Strategy at the same company from June 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Identity Digital Inc., Kroopa worked at Afilias for a significant period of time. Kroopa'sroles at Afilias included Director of Customer Strategy from June 2018 to June 2022 and Senior Account Manager from November 2013 to June 2018. Kroopa also served as an Account Manager from March 2008 to November 2013. Additionally, they held the position of Technical Business Analyst at Afilias Canada from January 2007 to March 2008, where they were responsible for various tasks related to project documentation, technical specifications, user support, and training.

Prior to their time at Afilias, Kroopa briefly worked at CIBC as a Quality Assurance Analyst from September 2005 to December 2005 and as a Technical Writer from May 2005 to August 2005.

Kroopa Shah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Computer Science from Toronto Metropolitan University.
