Bill Nelson

Bill Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Bill is currently a Board Member at IDPro® since 2022. Previously, they were a Co-Founder at Identity Fusion, Inc., where they focused on ForgeRock's Open Identity Stack and gained extensive experience in sales, services, and education. Before that, they owned BibleNet, an internet portal for learning and studying the Bible. Bill also worked as an Independent Consultant at ForgeRock and served as Vice President at CareSync, Continuum Labs, Inc., and GCA Technology Services (GCA). At GCA, they held various roles, including Executive Vice President, Vice President - Identity, Security, and Compliance, and VP Education and Business Services. Bill also worked as a Consultant at Sun Microsystems, Inc. and as a Project Manager/BDM at Techmatics, LLC. In addition, they served as a Project Manager at AT&T Paradyne, where they successfully managed multiple software and hardware development projects.

Bill Nelson completed a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business in 1995. Bill obtained a BSCpE degree in Computers from the University of South Florida from 1985 to 1989. Prior to that, they received an AA degree from Florida Keys Community College from 1982 to 1984. Bill Nelson also obtained a High School Diploma from Key West High School from 1978 to 1982. In terms of additional certifications, they have completed various programs, including the ForgeRock Identity Cloud Certified Professional, Partner Advocate from Ping Identity, and CIDPROTM Certified - Foundation Level from IDPro®, among others.
