Andrea Conrad's work experience includes various roles in public relations, marketing, and creative operations. Andrea started their career as a Student Writer at Central Michigan University - Office of PR and Marketing in 2005. Andrea later worked as a Public Relations Intern at THREE MEN and a TENOR and Marx Layne & Company. In 2006, Andrea served as a Server at The Gem Theatre & Century Theatres and Century Grille and as a Public Relations Officer at Bright Side Dental. Andrea then joined Kresge Eye Institute as a Public Relations and Event Coordinator, where they managed event planning and raised funds to support conferences and seminars. In 2012, Andrea started working at Identity, first as a Social Media Strategist, then as a Senior Account Executive, and later as an Account Manager in Social Media. Andrea was eventually promoted to Account Director, Special Projects, and then to Director of Creative Operations & Special Projects. In 2019, they also worked as a Marketing Lead at Neapco. Since 2023, Andrea has been the Vice President of Creative Operations at Identity, where they provide communications support and strategy to various clients.

Andrea Conrad attended Central Michigan University from 2002 to 2006, where they received a B.A.A. in Integrative public relations and commercial recreation specializing in event planning. Andrea completed their high school education at South Lake High School from 1998 to 2002. Andrea also obtained additional certifications, including the Google Analytics Individual Qualification and Inbound Certified from HubSpot Academy in 2018, as well as Google Analytics for Beginners in 2017.
