Kim Eberhardt has a diverse work experience in marketing, communications, and talent management. Currently, they are the Vice President & Emerging Talent Manager at Identity, where they have been working since October 2019. In this role, they provide mentorship and support to team members in the early stages of their career. Before joining Identity, Kim worked as a Director at Tanner Friedman from June 2012 to October 2019. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Hennessey Capital from February 2007 to June 2012. At Hennessey Capital, they educated entrepreneurs about the company's offerings and built a referral network. Kim also worked as a Marketing Manager at Detroit Regional Chamber from September 2002 to January 2007 and as a Traffic Coordinator at Doner from June 2002 to September 2002.
Kim Eberhardt holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Public Relations from Michigan State University, which they earned from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism with a specialization in Public Relations at Michigan State University from 1998 to 2002.
