Nicole Malter serves as the Director of Marketing at Identity-Team Group since May 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in influencer marketing from previous roles at Paul Valentine, salted beauty, and IVY & OAK GmbH, where positions included Teamlead Influencer Marketing and Senior Influencer Marketing Manager. Additional experience includes various marketing and account management roles at Les Lunes, Lidl in Deutschland, Servicestelle Jugendbeteiligung e. V., and BESTSELLER. Nicole is pursuing a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from FOM University of Applied Sciences and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie from SRH Fernhochschule. Nicole also possesses a Fitnesstrainer B-Lizenz from ORTHOvita Sportakademie and has international education experience from Universitat de Barcelona.
