Ariana Faye Allensworth

Ariana Faye Allensworth is a seasoned professional in the fields of diversity, equity, inclusion, and design, currently serving as Senior Global Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at IDEO since December 2020. In addition, Allensworth is a member of NEW INC at the New Museum of Contemporary Art, supporting socially engaged artists and technologists. Previous roles include Project Manager for The Center for Cultural Power, where efforts focused on reshaping narratives around sexual violence, and Senior Manager of Youth Programs & Neighborhood Engagement at the International Center of Photography. Allensworth has extensive experience in arts and youth development, having held positions at Youth Speaks, Urban Arts Partnership, and the NYC Department of Education. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies from Fordham University.
