Jamila Janakiram

Jamila Janakiram is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of the Racial Justice Impact Fund and a Senior Systems Design Lead at IDEO, Jamila has a background that includes consultancy at Sequoia Capital and multiple positions at Clever Inc., where significant contributions were made in product management, operations, and people operations. Previous roles include Director of Strategic Growth at Level Playing Field Institute and various internships focusing on education and community organization.
