Sarah Cherry Rice

Sarah Cherry Rice is an innovative education leader with extensive experience in empowering underrepresented youth and driving educational reform. As the Founder and Executive Director of Digital Ready Boston since 2018, Sarah has focused on creating pathways for first-generation college students, low-income students, and students of color to thrive in Boston’s innovation economy. In parallel roles at IDEO, Parachute Teachers, and the Harvard Innovation Lab, Sarah has designed initiatives to support teachers and improve educational practices across multiple school districts. With a Doctor of Education Leadership from Harvard University and a background in Urban Education and Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, Sarah has a strong commitment to fostering collaboration and achieving equity in education.
