Mike Vella

Michael Vella is an experienced professional with a diverse background in marketing, studio management, and administrative roles. Currently serving as Studio Manager and formerly as Office Assistant at IDEOLOGY Productions since June 2019, Michael has also contributed as Marketing Coordinator for the West Michigan Ironmen from November 2017 to July 2024, focusing on content creation and audience engagement strategies. Previous experience includes working as an Administrative staff member at Steve Morris Engines, an Account Specialist at Rock Connections, and a Regional Sales Manager at Ready Industries LLC, where responsibilities included sales, manufacturing, and packaging. Michael began the career journey as a Sales Associate at Melvin's Hardware True Value in 2013. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a concentration in Marketing from Siena Heights University, obtained in 2016.
