Shawn Phelan serves as the Head of Creative Partnerships and VP of Brand Partnerships at Ideon Media since January 2020, contributing to one of Canada's largest independent digital sales organizations. Prior to this role, Shawn spent nearly 17 years at VICE Media, holding positions such as VP of Business Development, VP of Integrated Marketing Services for Canada, and Sales Director for Canada, where expertise was applied in developing high-impact, content-driven marketing programs. A brief hiatus from the industry was taken in 2019 to focus on family, coaching a soccer team, and preparing special meals. Shawn Phelan holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from McGill University.
