Tara Baumgarten

Tara Baumgarten is an accomplished Learning Architect at iDesign since May 2020, with prior experience as a Product Manager and Learning Experience Designer at Sora Schools from August 2020 to January 2023. Tara has a solid foundation in instructional design, having worked as an Instructional Designer and Associate Education Designer at Education Design Lab from September 2017 to May 2020, where involvement included implementing badges for learning assessment. Earlier roles include instructional design at George Washington University, an internship at the U.S. Department of Education, and various marketing and communication positions. Tara holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Technology from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Reichman University.
