Mark Novelero

Mark Novelero is an experienced web developer currently employed at Ideum since January 2022. Prior to this role, Mark served as the Interpretive Programs Coordinator at The National September 11 Memorial & Museum from December 2014 to December 2020, where management of a team of 30 educators achieved over 98% approval ratings for tours and generated over $15 million in annual revenue. Mark's earlier experience includes serving as the Learning Resource Center Supervisor at Heald College, where supervision and training of student tutors were essential in delivering statistics and calculus instruction. Additionally, Mark completed an AmeriCorps National Teaching Fellowship at Kennedy Middle School with Citizen Schools. Mark holds a Master of Arts in Museology/Museum Studies from New York University, earned in 2014.
