Rita Sanchez began their career in 2005 as an Accounting employee at Outrider. In 2010, they moved to Ideum, Inc. where they held the position of Assistant Director of Finance.

Rita Sanchez attended New Mexico State University from 1989-1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in General Management.
