Claire Capehorn

Claire Capehorn has been a Client Director at IDEX Consulting Ltd since October 2022, where Claire works with the leadership team to drive business transformation and growth in the General Insurance Market. Prior to this, Claire was the Head of Talent Acquisition for the UK & Europe at Lockton Companies LLP from June 2012 to January 2022, and earlier served as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the UK at Talented Futures, a trading name of Lockton, from May 2012 to August 2019. With a background in senior appointments and talent acquisition in the insurance industry, Claire has also gained experience at Hays Insurance and Reed, showcasing their expertise in recruitment and business development.
