Gemma Henderson

Gemma Henderson is a Committee Member at BIBA's London & South East Committee, where the focus is on engaging more young adults in the insurance market. Gemma is also a Business Director at IDEX Consulting Ltd, specializing in recruiting Financial/Professional lines insurance professionals. In addition, Gemma has served as the Chair of the Young Members' Committee at the Insurance Institute of London, where Gemma modernized events and encouraged young professionals to get involved. As Deputy Chair, Gemma helped organize events and represented various segments of the London market. Prior to their current roles, Gemma worked as a Resourcer/Trainee Consultant at Independent Appointments.
