Paul Davey has a 2:1 in Economics BA (Hons) from Nottingham Trent University. Paul served as the Business Director at Hays Insurance from July 2002 to December 2017, leading the team in Manchester and managing recruitment for businesses in the Insurance market across the North of England. Currently, Paul holds the position of Managing Director - GI at IDEX Consulting Ltd, where Paul helps clients in the insurance sector achieve their growth ambitions by connecting them to high calibre talent.
