Phonvilay Sengvilay

Phonvilay Sengvilay is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and manufacturing, currently serving as the Director of Quality at IDEX Energy since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of Manufacturing at IEC - International Environmental Corporation, where leadership encompassed three P&L units, and a tenure as Quality Manager at Nortek Air Solutions, improving quality metrics significantly. Phonvilay's background also includes a Director position at Carlisle FoodService Products, with responsibility for substantial capital planning in manufacturing operations across the US and Mexico. Additional experience involves teaching 3D SolidWorks design at Oklahoma City Community College, along with various engineering and managerial roles at prominent companies such as Newell Brands, Husqvarna Group, and Dickten Masch Plastics. Phonvilay holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Supervision from Southwestern College and an Associate of Science in Engineering Design from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology.
