Abigail Roche

Abigail Roche has extensive experience in labor and employment law. Abigail previously worked at IDEX Corporation as Vice President, Chief Labor & Employment Counsel, where they provided legal counsel on various federal and state employment laws, managed employment litigation, and advised on employment contracts and agreements. Prior to that, they worked at Hospira as Senior Counsel, specializing in labor and employment law. Abigail began their legal career at Seyfarth Shaw LLP as a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney.

Abigail Roche obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology & Human Counseling/Relations from the University of Iowa from 1991 to 1995. Abigail further pursued their education at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a focus on Labor/Employment from 1996 to 1999.
