Alice Picault

Alice Picault currently serves as the Director of Group Controllership at IDEX Corporation since September 2025. Prior to this role, Alice held the position of Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at LanzaTech from April 2022 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leading SEC reporting and technical accounting functions, as well as overseeing federal and state taxes. Alice's experience also includes serving as the Director of Technical Accounting at CDK Global, where expertise encompassed purchase accounting and goodwill impairment reporting, and a significant tenure at KPMG US, where leadership in large buy-side transactions and implementation of new accounting standards were key responsibilities. Prior positions at KPMG Luxembourg involved advisory roles in accounting and banking, alongside financial auditing experiences at PwC and TokiwaInvestment Inc.
