Amy Eastman has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Amy started their career at Principal Financial Group, where they served as a Project Controller and later as an eLearning Designer. Amy then moved on to Rockwell Collins, where they worked as a Sr. Learning Solutions Specialist, developing online and blended learning programs. Amy also owned their own boutique firm, Sanctus Learning Solutions, providing contract instructional design services. Amy returned to Rockwell Collins once again before joining IDEX Corporation as a Human Resources Manager for Viking Pump. Amy was promoted to Vice President Human Resources in 2017, leading a team of 7 direct reports. Amy recently gained matrix leadership for 2 IDEX business units and led HR acquisition integration activities for the company's acquisition of ABEL Pumps in 2021. Throughout their career, Amy has achieved various accomplishments, such as improving HR processes, leading talent acquisition initiatives, implementing HR systems, and developing training solutions.

Amy Eastman completed their education at the University of Northern Iowa. Amy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies in 1996 and went on to earn a Master of Arts in Communications and Training Technology in 2002. Additionally, Amy has obtained several certifications including SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified Facilitator, Franklin Covey 7 Habits for Managers, Korn Ferry Lominger- Learning Agility, Korn Ferry Lominger- Leadership Architect 101, Korn Ferry Lominger- Voices 360, and Real Colors.
