Bill Simmons

Bill Simmons is an experienced executive in the fire and safety industry, currently serving as Group President at IDEX Corporation since January 2007. In this role, Bill oversees multiple divisions including IDEX Fire & Safety and BAND-IT, and has held various leadership positions such as President of the Fire Suppression Group and North American Fire & Safety. Prior to joining IDEX, Bill held managerial and sales roles at MSA - The Safety Company, Biosystems - A Bacou-Dalloz Company, and Newtons Fire & Safety Equipment, Inc. Bill began their career as a Senior Firefighter with the City of Concord, NC, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to fire safety and emergency response.
