Devina Mistry

Devina Mistry has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the healthcare industry. Devina started their career at Daimler Chrysler, where they participated in an HR Leadership Program. Devina then joined GE Healthcare, where they held various HR positions, including Global HR Director for different segments and Senior HR Business Partner for various departments. In these roles, they focused on areas such as culture change, employee engagement, talent assessment, executive development, and M&A. Currently, they are the Group Vice President of Human Resources for IDEX Corporation, specifically leading the HR function for IDEX Health & Science. Overall, Devina Mistry has a strong background in strategic HR leadership and has worked with global teams to advance talent agendas and drive organizational growth.

Devina Mistry attended Purdue University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Audiology & Speech Pathology. Devina also obtained a minor in Organizational Leadership & Supervision during their time at Purdue. From 2003 to 2005, Devina pursued their Masters degree in Human Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
