Jeff Pankratz has a solid work experience in finance and IT roles. Jeff started their career in 2009 with Ingersoll Rand, where they worked as a Cost Accountant and later as a Financial Analyst. Jeff gained experience in conducting internal audits and providing financial support to the North America Service and Contracting business. In 2013, they joined Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems as a Financial Analyst, supporting the forecasting and reporting for the Group Department Spend. Since 2014, Jeff has been working with IDEXX Corporation, where they have held various roles including FP&A Lead for Gast Manufacturing, Manager of FP&A and Cost Accounting, Controller, and Director of Finance and IT. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President Finance & IT for Banjo Corporation & KZ Valve.

Jeff Pankratz holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Jeff is currently pursuing two Master's degrees in Business Administration (MBA). One is from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, where they will be studying from 2022 to 2024. The other is from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, with the same timeframe. In addition, Jeff Pankratz obtained a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants in 2013.
