Jim Turmo

Jim Turmo currently serves as the Vice President of Global Operations for the IDEX Health & Science Group at IDEX Corporation, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Jim Turmo was the Pharma and BioPharma Testing Leader at a confidential company from November 2023 to August 2024. Jim Turmo has extensive experience at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where tenured roles included Multi Site General Manager and Senior Director of Operations overseeing a $1.5B business unit, as well as Director of Operations Strategy & PMO Leader for a $3B division. Earlier positions involved leadership in global supply chain management and site operations for complex organizations. In addition to corporate roles, Jim Turmo contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Rockford University, where Jim Turmo initiated and developed courses in Project Management and played a key role in fundraising initiatives.
