Nathan Wright

Nathan Wright has a diverse work experience spanning various HR and technology-related roles. Nathan began their career at Valley Worlds of Fun as a General Employee before transitioning to Kroger as a Courtesy Clerk. Later, they worked as an HRIS Intern at IDEX Corporation before joining the Department of Management at West Virginia University as a Computer Lab Support Technician and later Graduate Assistant. Nathan also served as a Visiting Lecturer at West Virginia University. Returning to IDEX Corporation, they held positions as an HRIS Analyst, HRIS Team Lead, and HRIS Manager. More recently, Nathan worked as the Director of HRIS at IDEX Corporation, where they oversaw the implementation of Workday Payroll in the United Kingdom and integrated global payroll systems with Workday. Additionally, they partnered with company executives to develop diversity metrics and deliver key insights on HR program focus. Currently, Nathan is the Owner/Founder of FitMetrics LLC.

Nathan Wright holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management at the same institution from 2009 to 2012. Earlier in their education, Nathan earned a Certificate of Achievement in Computer Aided Drafting from Marion County Technical Center, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications, such as CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, Workday Pro - Integrations, Workday Pro - Reporting, SHRM Certificate of Learning-Advanced, and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate throughout their career.
