Nicole Peaslee

Nicole Peaslee, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Director for Health & Science at IDEX Corporation, Nicole previously held the position of VP of Human Resources for North America at Ultra Maritime, where responsibilities included strategic advisory for leadership teams across eight locations. Nicole also served as HR Director for the Americas at Hollingsworth & Vose, and held several HR management roles in companies such as Shawmut Corporation and the Massachusetts Teachers Association. Nicole's educational background includes a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Simmons University, along with professional certifications in HR.
