Rula Marziani currently serves as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at IDEX Corporation since February 2018. Prior to this role, Rula held the position of Associate General Counsel at Optimas Solutions (formerly Anixter Fasteners) from 2015 to 2018, and served in various legal roles at Anixter from 2008 to 2015, including Associate General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. Rula's legal career began at Underwriters Laboratories as Senior Corporate Counsel from 1998 to 2008, and earlier at The Kraft Heinz Company as Counsel from 1992 to 1998. Rula earned a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a JD from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
