Vasu Mohan

Vasu Mohan is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in optimizing and turning around business units across various industries, particularly in medical devices, manufacturing, and telecommunications. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at IDEX Corporation since April 2019, Vasu was selected to revitalize a $120 million business unit and successfully developed a five-year operational plan. Prior experience includes leading the operational division at Roche Tissue Diagnostics, overseeing a $300 million manufacturing function, and restructuring global operations at Integra Life Sciences. Vasu has also held key leadership roles at KPI Improvements LLC, Thermo Fisher Scientific, BOC Edwards, BOC Gases, Fasson Roll Division, and Lucent/AT&T, demonstrating a strong track record of driving efficiency, cost savings, and strategic growth. Vasu earned a Master's in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
